Replace confusing reference to "this" project
What does this MR do and why?
This version of the "Billing" page is viewed in the context of your account, not a project. Saying "this project" is confusing, as there is no specific project that the wording could be referring to.
I'm not sure if this leftover from a time where this message was shown at an individual project level, but as of today I don't think the wording makes sense.
It looks like this was last changed in Add additional instructions for personal billin... (!82738 - merged). This wording was specifically mentioned in the review there as well: !82738 (comment 873732949) – however it seems to have been forgotten as the following discussion focussed on a bigger aspect of the comment.

How to set up and validate locally
It was surprisingly hard to get this previewed locally.
- You need to Simulate a SaaS instance
- I also had to set up some account limits in the Admin Area before the "Billing" menu items would show up for normal user accounts.
