Doc: Enable feature flags for Dashboard for Kubernetes

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the documentation of Dashboard for Kubernetes that feature flags are enabled by default. Also, adding a note that it's Beta feature.

Feature flags are updated in !123479 (merged) and !123482 (merged).
