[414233] Remove extra space between project name and search bar

What does this MR do and why?

This MR removes the extra space between project dropdown and search bar. By doing this there would be more space for search criteria.

How to set up and validate locally

In order to validate this MR locally you will need to have GitLab Enterprise License. After the license is applied you can follow the below mentioned steps to validate the change:

  1. Visit the group you are a part of by using the left navigation
  2. Go to Productivity Analytics page using the left navigation ( Group Page > Left Navigation > Analytics > Productivity )
  3. The space between the project name and search bar should be reduced
