Replace hardcoded table names for ci_builds

What does this MR do and why?

We're working towards adding new partitions for the ci_builds table and we need to make sure that all of the SQL queries use the right table name as defined by the model. This is how we'll switch to the partitioned table.

Extracted out of !122919 (merged) in which the table name is changed.
