What does this MR do and why?

This MR improves Storybook’s GitLab API Access addon to display a visual indicator of the stories that expect API access credentials.

Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other merge requests.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Start storybook using the yarn storybook:start command.
  2. Access the Content Editor or Workspaces stories.
