Update ci_validate component specs with Vue3 standards

What does this MR do and why?

To migrate to vue3, some patterns need to be removed from jest specs. We remove these patterns and restructure the files related to ci_validate component. By removing the $apollo direct mocking, it also revealed a few other problems with the specs, like the fact that the mock data was incorrect but the specs were still passing 😅
