Update warning for default feature flag behaviour

What does this MR do and why?

In Enable remote development feature flag by default (!120443 - merged) , we enabled the feature flag by default for Remote Development. However, this warning was not updated.

I'm not sure if we should remove the entire warning. "... Feature is not ready for production use" seems like a good warning we should retain. However, I'm unsure what the TW best practices are around this. Hence, I'm opening up this MR to trigger this conversation.
