What does this MR do and why?

Limit the number of errors saved by BitBucket Server Import

The BitBucket Server Import feature saves every error that occurs in an array. However, if the number of errors is too high, it can consume a large amount of memory, which can cause Sidekiq Killer to terminate the Sidekiq process.

This change limits the number of errors to be stored in the array.
