Resolve "Immediately preview when editing a broadcast message"

What does this MR do and why?

When editing an existing broadcast message, preview does not render initially until changes are made to the message. This fixes that.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Sign in as admin
  2. Go to admin dashboard
  3. Go to Messages on the sidebar
  4. Create a message if no existing message
  5. Click the edit button on an existing message and observe the preview
