What does this MR do and why?

This Merge Request (MR) adds a warning ⚠ message to the Debian package registry documentation about the risks associated with enabling disabled feature flags in production environments. It specifically adds a link to a section discussing the stability and security risks of enabling features still in development.

The goal is aim to help users make informed decisions about whether or not to enable these features in their production environments.
