Fix date for removing deprecated docs for id token auth

What does this MR do and why?

The deprecated part of the docs should be removed in 08-22, three months from %16.0 as per the guidelines in the docs.

The code was deprecated in !115644 (merged). This is a breaking change where the setting needed to be removed from the frontend to unblock the backend deprecation.
