Context

In !116236 (merged), we put the changes behind a feature flag. The feature flag has been rolled out on production and deemed stable after monitoring.

What does this MR do and why?

  • Remove the read_fingerprints_from_uploaded_file_in_maven_upload feature flag.
  • Update the related specs.
