In recent UX research we noticed that team members are often not aware of helpful UX research handbook resources. One approach to increase awareness is to link to relevant handbook resources in issue templates as that provides guidance in the moment when people are actively working on a project.

We recently published a handbook page on how to conduct UX research in the AI space. To support teams in getting AI experiments ready for feature release, I added a link to these guidelines to support during problem validation.
