What does this MR do and why?

This MR removes two sections in Settings related to Monitor Metrics:

  • Settings > Monitor > Grafana authentication
  • Settings > Monitor > Metrics

Screenshots or screen recordings

There is no visible change, these sections are already hidden behind the feature flag.

Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other merge requests.

How to set up and validate locally

There is no visible change, these sections are already hidden behind the feature flag.

  • Make sure the pipeline passes
  • Visit Settings > Monitor and make sure there are no errors in the console
