Purpose of revert

Reverts !116651 (merged) due to !116651 (comment 1352982013).

'e2e:package-and-test-super-sidebar' job needs 'build-assets-image' job, but 'build-assets-image' is not in any previous stage 'e2e:package-and-test-super-sidebar' job needs 'build-qa-image' job, but 'build-qa-image' is not in any previous stage
