Add issues guidelines : Utilization group - [bug, feature, maintenance]
In GitLab, we often add new features, enhance existing ones, or fix problems. However, we currently lack guidelines to help us create clear issues for these tasks.
To provide high-quality solutions to our customers, it is crucial to have issue-creation guidelines in place. We have noticed that some of the issues submitted are unclear and do not provide all the necessary details. As a result, we have to spend more time communicating back and forth to understand the issue, causing delays in providing timely solutions to our customers.
To address this, we propose creating a comprehensive guide that outlines the key elements of creating a clear and concise issue. This guide will include expectations, goals, and potential effects. By following this guide, our development team will receive all the necessary information upfront, allowing them to work more efficiently and effectively toward resolving issues and delivering outstanding features to our customers in GitLab.
