Fix awardEmoji authorization in epic type

What does this MR do and why?

Authorization checks on fields are checked before the entities are resolved. This means, read_emoji is checked on the epic. The EpicPolicy does not define read_emoji.
This means, the field is always null and never resolved.

The AwardEmojiPolicy does define read_emoji.
This ability is checked on the AwardEmojiType.
