Geo: Small documentation changes and fixes

Small changes in Geo documentation (#76 (closed)).

What's changed:

• Users of omnibus don't need to run ssh-keygen anymore as we take care of it
• Added extra gitlab_rails['auto_migrate'] = false to the secondary node to prevent issues with a misconfigured instance.
