As a part of Sync existing branch and commit data when a nam... (&7658) epic, and Add target branches to JiraCommit initial merge... (#354371 - closed) we are adding information about branches to the Gitlab for Jira app.
The changes will be released behind the jira_connect_sync_branches feature flag.
