Fix button text conflict

Describe in detail what your merge request does and why.

Fix failure in #397690 (closed) . Prior to !114102 (diffs) the button text between the main page and the modal was different so that was acceptable for the test. Now they are the same, so I'm defining new qa-selector for element locator here.
