Add daelmo as Spanish proofreader

What does this MR do and why?

Following this discussion about the Spanish translation project, I would like to propose myself as a Spanish proofreader.

This is my first time contributing to translating a public open-source project, so I have no background. However, as a developer and Spanish enthusiast, and native speaker, I worked before in translation processes. I also love the Spanish language and have made some contributions to Gitlab Crowdin and some propositions to the Spanish dictionary, translation issues, and even the Spanish formality level in the translation guidelines.

For all that, I would love to be part of the proofreading process.
