Show Projects menu as active while on Starred or Trending projects pages
What does this MR do and why?
Fixes #396972 (closed).
- It now shows the Projects entry in the Explore sidebar as active when on the Most starred and Trending pages.
- It now shows the correct breadcrumbs: "Explore > Projects".
