Replace VSA Overview "Total time" line chart with area chart

What does this MR do and why?
Replaces the "Total time" line chart on the VSA Overview page with a stacked area chart (DurationOverviewChart), allowing users to see a breakdown of the summation of all stages. The DurationChart will be used exclusively for individual stages. Although the chart is rendered as a summation of all stages, the tooltips display the actual duration data for each stage on the specified date.

How to set up and validate locally
- Please make sure that you're on an Ultimate plan.
- Visit VSA for any group or seed data if necessary.
- Verify that the stacked area chart appears under "Total Time" and that it works as expected.
