How to set up and validate locally
- Visit http://localhost:3000/groups/h5bp/-/analytics/value_stream_analytics logged in as root (gdk)
- Click "Create a custom value stream"
- Select "Create from no template"
- Enter a name, name the first stage
- Select "Issue label was added" as the start event.
- You can select "Merge request was merged" as the end event.
