What does this MR do and why?

This MR introduces a new Deployment Pattern page to guide how to structure GitLab projects in Microservices Architecture.

Currently it contains two patterns:

  • Ops-Run it. Currently, we mainly use this pattern for demonstration.
  • You Build It You Run It pattern. we discussed in Slack. Reference. This is also a cool approach.

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.
