Fix UI consistencies in bulk update sidebar

What does this MR do and why?

  • Makes spacing consistent
  • Removes unnecessary borders

🐙 Note: The labels dropdown is not using the vue component yet so it still doesn't match the others

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to issues page
  2. Click Edit issues in top right corner
  3. Observe sidebar (ignore labels dropdown)
