What does this MR do and why?

Update a link in Redis Metrics documentation. The old one was linking to an MR that only modified metrics (we were changing Redis metrics DSL and so that was the best we could link at the time). Now that there has been an MR introducing Redis Metrics implemented using their current DSL, we can update the link in our guide.
