Fixes a first set of work items alignment

What does this MR do and why?

There are a couple of misalignments on the Work Items page, this MR fixes a. first set of them:

  • "Open" status being too far left
  • "Assignees" label being too far up
  • "Add start date" and "Add due date" being he only empty state buttons that are black
