What does this MR do and why?

Make Security Sidebar part of "Your Work"

The instance-level "Security dashboard", "Vulnerability report" and their settings have a custom sidebar. This makes these items part of the "Your work" sidebar under a new entry "Security".

  1. Go to the "Your work page"
    • optionally: enable the super_sidebar_nav feature flag.
