Pass additional variable to docs review pipeline

What does this MR do and why?

This adds a new variable to the Docs Trigger so it can be used in the review app pipeline for the docs. (To be used with Support Review App Pipelines for MRs from Forks (gitlab-docs!3594 - merged))
