Remove setData from test

It is not good practice to directly manipulate data of a component.
What was cleaned up from epic:
- Removed
wrapper.destroy() - Removed setData
- Created helpers
scanner_filter.vue will be deprecated but it is still important to remove setData in order to facilitate VUE 3 migration.
Even though test case is simplified, it still tests its purpose.
