Remove invalid `include` syntax

What does this MR do and why?

The include YAML entry allows for values to be either a string or an array.

The following syntax is invalid:

include:
  remote: http://example.com/path/to/file.yml

Because makes the include value be a Hash, which is not supported.

Valid syntax is either:

include: http://example.com/path/to/file.yml

or

include:
  - remote: http://example.com/path/to/file.yml
