Resolve "[Feature flag] Rollout of `add_delete_branch_worker`"

What does this MR do and why?

We use the delete branch worker which will raise an exception on failure to delete the branch.

Testing Instructions

• Merge a MR with delete source branch ticked
• Confirm that the source branch gets deleted
