How to set up and validate locally

  1. Checkout the bmarjanovic/382379-document-jira-development-panel-inbound-outbound-connections branch
  2. Start the gdk
  3. Visit the GitLab Jira development panel integration page. http://gdk.test:3000/help/integration/jira/development_panel.md#configure-the-integration
  4. Validate that new context is there
