Refactors signature badge component to .vue and replaces it in Last Commit component

How to set up and validate locally

Clone any repository from your local and made any change there.

Add a new SSH signed commit and push it
git commit -S -m 'This commit is signed with ssh' git push origin <branch name>

Reload the project page. There should be a verified badge on your commit.
Similarly if you want you can sign commits with GGP Or X09 signature.
