Rename Jitsu to more generic TrackedEvents
What does this MR do and why?
- This renames the use of Jitsu to TrackedEvents so that we no longer couple product analytics to a single tool.
- This is needed to maintain compatibility with the devkit: gitlab-org/analytics-section/product-analytics/devkit!31 (merged)
- All functionality is behind a default-off feature flag.
