What does this MR do and why?

Preloads associations while exporting projects in Import/Export to avoid N+1 queries

Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other merge requests.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Open a project
  2. Go to Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Export project
  3. Click on Export project
  4. Check if the project was exported successfully
