Revisit the help icons in the variable modal
What does this MR do and why?
This MR updates the CI CD variables modal icons and links. We want to reduce the number of ? mark everywhere and consolidate them. You can read more about the issue here: #387512 (closed)

How to set up and validate locally
- Visit
Settings => CI/CD - Scroll toe the variables
- Click on the button to add a variable
- Notice the visual changes around icons and icon structure (see before and after screenshot!)
