Change variable type to variable file type

Timo Feuerstein requested to merge tmfrstn/gitlab:326937-include-file-variable-type-option-docs into master

SSH keys used to be stored in variables. Since file variable type is introduced, this is the better choice. Documentation had to be changed to file variable use.
