What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds details about the ID token payload to the ID token authentication docs. These details are mostly copied from https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/examples/authenticating-with-hashicorp-vault/index.html#how-it-works. Details about the configurable aud field have been added
