Replace chatops with continuous_integration as the current category

We have recently removed the Category:ChatOps feature category here, which was combined with Category:Continuous Integration . This invalidates the chatops feature category we have in the codebase.

The MR replaces chatops with continuous_integration as the updated feature category.
