Add docs for `filepath` alias in Releases and Release Links APIs

What does this MR do and why?

This merge request updates the documentation to reflect the changes introduced in !108618 (merged).

In !108618 (merged), an alias (i.e. direct_asset_path) was added for filepath parameter in Releases API and Release Links API.

The filepath will be deprecated and removed in %17.0 (see &9661 (closed) for more information about the deprecation).

Resolves #273757 (closed).
