Draft: Update Audience dashboard layout

What does this MR do and why?

• Puts all single stat panels on the same x-axis
• Reduces the height of the line chart panels to reduce amount of unused whitespace at the bottom
• Increases the height of the table panels in order to display more rows of data

There are definitely some issues with the visualizations and smaller resolutions, I assume due to responsive design.
