Fix compliance report filter alignment issue
What does this MR do and why?
Fixes the label alignment on the Compliance report filters. One filter was missing spacing between the label + dropdown.

How to set up and validate locally
- Browse to a group -> Security & Compliance -> Compliance report
- Notice the "Projects" dropdown is no longer misaligned with the other two filters.
