What does this MR do and why?

Change our methodology here to consider trials part of the show_signup_onboarding? by allowing it to show for trials. This allows us to more correctly consider trial registrations as 'onboarding', which they are.

How to set up and validate locally

Validated through the feature specs in ee/spec/features/registrations/saas that can be leveraged here as well to validate if desired.
