Rename GroupStage and GroupValueStream models

What does this MR do and why?

Not user-facing change.

This MR is a continuation of !107356 (merged) where we rename the GroupStage -> Stage and GroupValueStream -> ValueStream classes.

Reasoning: We plan to use the new workspace structure to make the group-level VSA also work for projects.
