Removed the not-used Web IDE schema controller

What does this MR do and why?

The MR deprecates and removes the not-used-anymore Web IDE schema controller. After the schema registration in Web IDE has been moved to ~frontend with the locally hosted schema, the controller should not be needed anymore in the backend.
