Return bare hostname when importing a project

What does this MR do and why?

Addressable::host returns a literal IPv6 address for hosts which resolve to an IPv6 address but literal IPv6 address is not valid for Go parser in gitaly thus gitaly fails to import such an address. For more information and details check this thread for more details.
