Update GeoNodes API documentation for #update and #destroy

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates parts of outdated documentation for #update and #delete actions for GeoNodes API

• mark name and url params as optional for PUT /geo_nodes/:id
• remove notice Only a Geo primary node accepts this request. for Delete a Geo node
