Updates some spec setups for GenericCommitStatus & GraphQL request specs

What does this MR do and why?

This is just some technical debt that updates the spec setup for some specs using a GenericCommitStatus. Instead of using stage it uses ci_stage.

This also fixes a previous mistake I did in two request specs where I was assigning an entire stage to stage, rather than ci_stage. :(
